Visitation will be on Friday, March 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Hope Lutheran Church, Comfrey. Service will be held at the New Hope Lutheran Church, Comfrey, on Friday, March 19, at 2 p.m. Interment will be at the New Hope Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Comfrey. Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.

Sheldon Schuelke COMFREY Sheldon Schuelke, age 69, of Comfrey died on March 6, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. and will continue on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the New Hope Lutheran Church in Comfrey. Due to COVID-19, visitation will be a “walk through” visitation to avoid congregating or gathering inside the building. All who attend are asked to wear masks and maintain social distancing guidelines. Service will be held at the New Hope Lutheran Church in Comfrey on Friday, March 12, 2021, at 11 a.m. Burial will be a New Hope Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Comfrey. The clergy will be Jerome Klotz. Interment will be at the New Hope Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Comfrey.

New Hope Lutheran Church in Charles City gets first permanent pastor – KCHA News

This was until Pastor Isaac Johnson and his family recently moved to town to fill that permanent role. Johnson has four kids and a wife named Kaitlin and is excited to plant longer-term roots in Charles City. Johnson explains his winding journey to New Hope and Charles City:
