7:04 P.M.: The Navajo Nation on Monday reported six new confirmed COVID-19 cases, but no deaths, the Associated Press reported.
The latest figures bring the pandemic totals on tribal land to 30,178 cases and 1,258 known deaths.
In all, nearly 16,500 people on the Navajo Nation have recovered from COVID-19.
Navajo Nation COVID-19 positive cases by Service Unit:

• Crownpoint Service Unit: 2,881
• Ft. Defiance Service Unit: 3,602
• Gallup Service Unit: 4,768
• Kayenta Service Unit: 2,677

SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials on Thursday announced 297 additional COVID-19 cases and 5 deaths. As of today, there are 96 individuals hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19. This number may include individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 out of state but are currently hospitalized in New Mexico. This number does not include New Mexicans who tested positive for COVID-19 and may have been transferred to a hospital out of state.
Per the state Department of Health, the most recent cases are:
112 new cases in Bernalillo County
4 new cases in Chaves County
5 new cases in Curry County
51 new cases in Doña Ana County
New Mexico COVID-19 Update: 297 New Cases, Total 191,945 With 5 Deaths And 173,824 Patients Recovered
SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials today announced 297 new COVID-19 cases.
Los Alamos County reports zero new cases today so the total remains at 501 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)
Today’s update includes 5 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.

This number may include individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 out of state but are currently hospitalized in New Mexico. This number does not include New Mexicans who tested positive for COVID-19 and may have been transferred to a hospital out of state.
