SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — The Saratoga Springs Public Library building is closed to the public until Monday, Dec. 28, after two employees tested positive for COVID-19. (WKBW) — Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center was prepared to receive hundreds of doses of COVID-19 vaccine this week, but that shipment was instead delivered to Catholic Health.
