Exxon s 12 directors are up for election on May 26, in a vote that offers a high profile test of BlackRock s approach to getting companies set a course to limit global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius by 2050. Exxon stresses it is on a path to meet the Paris accord with a market-based approach.

Woman Sentenced in Theft From Morris Central School The case of a local school official stealing money from the school district of which she was employed has finally resulted in a sentence for the accused.  And she will not serve any jail time. Kristina Hand, 47, was convicted of stealing $34,000 from the Morris Central School District over a period of time encompassing 2014-2020.  Hand will not have to do jail time but rather was sentenced to serve two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.  She was also ordered to pay the Morris Central School District back its $34,000 which she stole.
