British Airways passengers arriving in New York from the United Kingdom will have to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to departure. The news comes in the wake of the development of a highly contagious variant of the COVID-19 virus that has spread rapidly in the U.K.
On Monday, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the state’s new agreement with British Airways for travelers arriving into New York to have proof of a negative COVID-19 test. British Airways currently flies from London Heathrow (LHR) to New York’s Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
Governor Andrew Cuomo has destroyed restaurants in New York, especially New York City, with his arbitrary lockdown fiats. Some of those same restaurant owners got together and came up with a plan to shut him down. He isn’t allowed to eat in their restaurants ever.
According to The Coney Island Blog, the beleaguered restaurant owners city-wide are permanently banning New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo from setting foot into their establishments.

If he has to use the restroom he can go pee on my street-corner! That’s what he wants anyway!”

Restaurants which are required by the government to suspend indoor dining will have their sales tax payment deadline extended by three months, according to an executive order signed by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo on Saturday. Tax burdens for restaurants and bars in communities where COVID-19 metrics necessitated additional restrictions would be eased with the deadline due on December 21 to be extended to March 2021, said a release by Cuomo s office. The move also provides some temporary relief to restaurants as the state government asks for fiscal relief for these small businesses from the federal government, according to the release.
