The New York State Bar Association is investigating whether President Donald Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, deserves to be booted from its membership after months of baseless election claims in court and his suggestion Wednesday that Trump supporters engage in “trial by combat” just hours before a violent mob infiltrated the U.S. Capitol in an attack that left five dead.
