A group from the Garden Club of Rogers took a guided tour of the Linnaeus Teaching Gardens in Tulsa, Okla. The gardens offered a variety of floral gardens, vegetable gardens, herb gardens and waterfalls, and a coy pond. After the tour the group had lunch at Brookside Diner, followed by a short tour of the private garden of Lee Dickerson, also in Tulsa. There was 13 in attendance. The Rotary Club of Fayetteville will meet at noon July 29 at Mermaids Seafood Restaurant. The program will be given by Matt Waller, the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business dean, on the topic of leadership.
