NEIL LEVESQUE OF THE NEW HAMPSHIRE INSTITUTE OF POLITICS SAYS THE SIX POINT LEAD THE REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR ENJOYS IS NOTABLE GIVEN OTHER FINDINGS IN THE POLL FAVORING DEMOCRATS.
