Timothy Johnson, who is facing a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the Feb. 13 death of Jean Lascelle in Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday in Framingham, according to the office of New Hampshire Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young.

Young and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that they are continuing to seek the public’s assistance with any information related to the murder of Jean Lascelle and the whereabouts of Timothy Johnson. Mr. Lascelle was shot outside of 351 Chestnut Street in Manchester on February 13, 2021. An arrest warrant has been issued for Timothy Johnson, age 38, charging him with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing Mr. Lascelle’s death by shooting him with a firearm.
