Sia has released a new music video for her latest collaboration with David Guetta, “Floating Through Space,” which was made in collaboration with NASA to celebrate the upcoming Ingenuity test flight on Mars.
The Ingenuity Mars Helicopter is a key component of NASA JPL’s Perseverance mission, which successfully touched down on Mars on February 18th. NASA has said it plans to test the Ingenuity copter which marks the first attempt at a powered, controlled flight on another planet no later than April 11th.
NASA s Perseverance rover has sent back two selfies of its camera-laden face and head from the Jezero Crater on the surface of Mars.
The two snaps show Perseverance s remote sensing mast, which hosts many of the rover s cameras and scientific instruments.
They were taken with the SHERLOC WATSON camera, located on the turret at the end of the rover s robotic arm.
Perseverance touched down on the Red Planet on February 18 after a nearly seven-month journey through space.
It is tasked with seeking traces of fossilised microbial life from Mars ancient past and to collect rock specimens for return to Earth through future missions to the Red Planet.

NASA’s Ingenuity Mars Helicopter has emerged from its first night on the surface of Mars.
Evening temperatures at Jezero Crater can plunge as low as minus 90 degrees Celsius, which can freeze and crack unprotected electrical components and damage the onboard batteries required for flight.
Surviving that first night after being deployed from where it was attached to the belly of NASA’s Perseverance rover on 3 April is a major milestone for the 1,8kg rotorcraft. In the days to come, Ingenuity will be the first aircraft to attempt powered, controlled flight on another planet.
“This is the first time that Ingenuity has been on its own on the surface of Mars,” says MiMi Aung, Ingenuity project manager at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. “But we now have confirmation that we have the right insulation, the right heaters, and enough energy in its battery to survive the cold night, which is a big win for the team. We’re excited to continue to prepare Ingenuity
