By Scott Bernstein Aug 4, 2021 • 1:08 pm PDT Baltimore’s Pigeons Playing Ping Pong announced the return of their Flocktoberfest concerts after a one-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The quartet will headline Portland, Maine’s State Theatre on October 8 – 9. Prog-jam trio lespecial opens for PPPP on the first night with funk and soul act West End Blend aboard as support on the second night. Flocktoberfest was last held in 2019 when Aqueous and The Magic Beans shared the bill with Pigeons at The Fillmore in Philadelphia.
