Cancer Focus Northern Ireland appeals for funding for charity s bra-fitting service

Cancer Focus Northern Ireland s specialist bra-fitting service has helped more than 3,000 women who have had breast cancer surgery over the past five years - and now it needs your help. The service is currently available to women via Zoom, phone and in person to those in the wider Belfast, Ballymoney, Newry and Londonderry areas. It normally caters for more than 700 women each year, but during 2020 was scaled back due to the impact of Covid 19. During the current restrictions, face-to-face appointments with full PPE are being offered to clients who prefer to attend in person. The charity is also offering more online support via phone and Zoom, and is planning an online store where women can browse bras and swimwear.
