Deborah Brewer In loving memory of Deborah Brewer (nee Amelia Deborah Hibberd), born 30 07 1925, died 16 01 2021 aged 95 years, peacefully at the Florence Nightingale Hospice in Stoke Mandeville. Dearly beloved wife, mum and grandma and former teacher at Downley school. She was a long term resident and lover of the village, and a great contributor to community life. The funeral will be held at the Woodlands burial site in Seer Green on 26 02 2021 at 1 pm. If you would like to attend, please contact the family as numbers are of necessity limited at the moment. If you would like to pay your respects Deborah s last journey will take place on Friday 26 2, leaving David Silvey funeral directors, Westbourne Street at 12 noon, up the Pastures to Downley village, going along Plomer Green Avenue, up Grays Lane and along Commonside, then along Littleworth Road and on to the burial site. Derek Chesham 18/07/1933 - 01/01/2021 Derek passed away peaceful at The Heights Care Home with his wife Marion at his side. He will be sadly missed by his son Neil and stepson Colin and their families. Derek s funeral will take place at The Milton Chapel Amersham Crematorium on 22nd January 2021 at 11.30am. Due to covid restrictions people wishing to pay their respects will be limited to invitees only. A celebration of Dereks life will be held later in the year. A golden heart stopped beating.
