The Belgian photographer Elisa Maenhout, whose work explores the boundary between reality and dreams, will have her picture displayed on a billboard in Manhattan’s Fashion District. Just a stone’s throw from Time’s Square, the work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people over a two-week period. The winning photo, Mermaid Iris, is part of Maenhout’s series
