Update March 19  An administrative law judge this week determined that Michael Grasso should not receive compensation for costs from the Florida Commission on Human Relations.  The order issued March 16 by Administrative Law Judge G.W. Chisenhall found that Grasso hadn t incurred any costs associated with attorneys or legal proceedings.  It is recommended that the Florida Commission on Human Relations issue a final order declining to award Michael Grasso any costs in this matter, Chesenhall wrote.
