Westley Devon Shaw, 36, faces charges of escaping from prison and being a fugitive from justice. Latasha Michelle Stillman, of Lehigh Acres, is accused of helping him and faces charges of harboring an escaped prisoner, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation began after the CCSO received information that inmates from the Florida Department of Corrections were conducting off-site work in an area of Oil Well Road and SR-29 near the former Hendy Correctional facility.

Christopher Neff, 38, Krystal Kerri Koren, 37, brother and sister, and Kevin Scott Barnes Jr., 31, were arrested on charges of murder for the death of Matthew Parrish, who was found shot at a New Port Richey Sunoco on April 25. All three remain in jail in Orange County while they await extradition to Pasco County, officials said.
