Routine inspection May 7. Nine total violations, with three high-priority violations: High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Male employee touched glasses, pants and phone with gloved hands and continued to work without washing hands. High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Two live flies in unit. High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. Pan of raw shrimp stored over pans of cooked pork. Moved.  Corrected On-Site
