McFlock 10.1.1.1.1.1 Well, quadrant is a 2-dimensional division where the X and Y axes go into negatives. Octant applies to the equivalent for a cube. But with a sphere (although technically I saw on QI that the term oblate spheroid is a more precise description of the Earth) the Z axis (depth/altitude) seems less meaningful, and with map geometry we re generally discussing 2d represeantations of a 3d object – the surface, not the full sphere. So I d go with quadrant , except talking about being in 4 hemispheres is more explicit that each axis is considered seperately in the calculation. Totally should get back to work, though lol

Sabine 2.1.1.3.1.1 Well see i don t think it is factually incorrect. Both increased rates, to some extend. Both have not done enough. The labour party has campaigned on not doing anything else for beneficiaries and got voted in on this promise among others – those dear cross over fiscal conservatives votes came in handy winning an all out majority.. So yes, in my personal opinion, they are both the same when it comes to increasing the benefits of all beneficiaries to such an extend that it would be at the very lest 480.00 per week (covid relieve for full timer after tax). Missing in action and hiding behind meaningless feel good rethoric.

Residential building sector surging

Date Time Residential building sector surging A record quarterly high in the number of new homes consented shows the residential building sector is responding to Government support to get new houses built, says Building and Construction Minister Poto Williams. Figures from Statistics New Zealand released today show 11,291 new homes were consented in the December 2020 quarter – the highest quarterly number ever – beating the previous record from the December 1973 quarter when 10,713 new homes were consented. “For the year ended December 2020, the number of new homes consented was 39,420. The figures show that despite uncertainty caused by COVID-19 there is a lot of residential activity in the pipeline especially for townhouses, flats and units,” says Poto Williams.
