India s Daily Covid Deaths Fall Below 300 For The First Time In Over 6 Months Delhi has recorded 758 fresh COVID-19 cases and 30 new fatalities on Friday, the lowest in over four months, authorities have said. Up to 251 deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours, taking the overall count since the outbreak in January to 1,47,343. The country also logged 3.4 per cent fewer coronavirus cases since yesterday, at 22,273, government data shows. The total number of coronavirus cases has touched 1,01,69,118 and the number of those still receiving medical attention for this fell 252 to 2,81,667.
