LAGRANGE â Dr. William A. Smith, M.D., of Parkview Physicians Group OB/GYN, is now seeing patients at a new office, having relocated to the Parkview LaGrange Hospital campus. Until recently, his practice was located in Angola.
âWeâre thrilled that Dr. Smith has returned to LaGrange,â said Jordi Disler, president of PLH. âHe was here some years ago, and itâs wonderful to be able to welcome him back after his years in Steuben County. His arrival is great news for patients and the community!â
Smith has been a beloved and respected member of the Steuben County community for two decades, having delivered more than 2,000 babies and developed caring relationships with his patients. GARRETT â Eleven contestants participated in three pageants during Garrett Heritage Days.
The pageants selected Miss Garrett Teen for ages 12-15, Miss Garrett Junior Teen for ages 9-11 and Miss Garrett Junior for ages 6-8.
This yearâs theme was âCelebrate Garrettâ with the stage in Eastside Park decorated in red, white and blue. Contestants danced to the Garrett Railroadersâ fight song in cheer outfits for the opening number.
On-stage competition included talent for 25% of overall score, personality and on-stage question for 15% and party wear 15%. Interviews were held earlier in the day at the Judy A. Morrill Recreation Center for the remaining 45%. A Peopleâs Choice award was presented in each age group, voted on by the audience at $1 per vote.
