Outdoor activities will initially be taking place in three parks every weekend. Qualified volunteer instructors will be taking participants through a 45-minute circuit-based workout - suitable for all ages and abilities. The classes follow the latest Covid-19 guidance and are family friendly, with participants able to work at their own level. Sessions take place every Saturday at 9.45am in Stevens Park, Wollescote, Stourbridge. On Sundays, people can attend the sessions at Grange Park, Dudley, at 10am, or Stevens Park, Quarry Bank, at 11am. Karen Wright, director of public health, said: Exercising in the fresh air has huge physical and mental health advantages and I’m delighted we are now able to get the popular Park Active sessions up and running again.
