GLOVERSVILLE All schools in the Gloversville Enlarged School District are open today following confirmation of several new coronavirus cases in multiple buildings at the end of last week that required more than 40 students and staff members to quarantine.
District Superintendent David Halloran notified families in a letter on Friday of the confirmation of four new coronavirus cases among students in three separate buildings.
Three of those reported cases were among students from the same family who were present at school for a short time on Friday morning. The fourth case reported by the district was an unrelated self-contained student at Gloversville Middle School who was last in the building on Dec. 4.
