(FOX19) - A man was arrested and charged Monday after shooting his brother twice. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were dispatched to Phyllis Court in Hebron on Sunday after receiving several 911 calls that people were fighting and gunshots were heard. Once on scene, deputies located shell casings in the roadway but did not immediately locate a suspect or victim. The sheriff’s office said early Monday morning deputies received a report that a gunshot victim had arrived in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth in Florence.

David Kroth, 34, was taken into custody on Monday and charged with one count of Assault 1st Degree (Class B Felony) and Alcohol Intoxication in Public Place (Violation). Boone County Sheriff’s deputies began investigating the incident on Sunday after receiving multiple 911 calls regarding a fight and gunshots. Upon arriving at the scene on Phyllis Court in Hebron, deputies located shell casings in the roadway, but did not immediately locate a suspect or victim.

Sheriff: Union man charged with raping, sexually abusing children Paul Weeden | WCPO and last updated 2021-02-04 19:12:48-05 UNION, Ky. — Police in Boone County arrested a Union man Monday accused of multiple sex crimes, including raping, sodomizing and sexually abusing children. On Wednesday, detectives with the Boone County Sheriff s Office received a report of sexual abuse and interviewed the victims at the Northern Kentucky Children’s Advocacy Center. The juvenile victims told detectives the abuse had occurred on different occasions over many years, according to the sheriff s office. Detectives then interviewed 47-year-old Jonathan Anderson, and he confessed to multiple counts of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse, police said.
