Martin Mitev, aged 36 and of Sandringham Road, Poole, admitted two counts of outraging public decency, one of committing a public nuisance, one of possessing amphetamine and one of wilfully obstructing a police officer. On June 24, the defendant indecently exposed himself by holding his penis and moving it around and obstructed Sergeant Craig Tatton in the execution of his duty. Mitev pleaded guilty to committing an act outraging public decency on July 27 in Tatnam Road in that he was behaving in an indecent manner by masturbating.
