Toman Davin Matthews, 49, whose residence is listed as the Becker County Jail, has been sentenced in Becker County District Court on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court records, on Oct. 7, 2019, a girl under the age of 12 participated in a forensic interview at the Red River Child Advocacy Center and said that Matthews had engaged in forced sexual contact with her in August of that year at a location in Becker County.

She was charged under Extended Juvenile Jurisdiction and faces a stayed adult sentence of 12 years in prison.

Monika Jeanmarie DeMarrias, 18, of Yankton, S.D., has been sentenced in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
In October, she was found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting three children under the age of 8 multiple times from Jan. 1 to Aug. 5, according to court records.
The charges were filed after a forensic interview with the oldest victim by the Red River Child Advocacy Center.
