Narada case: ‘Court will decide’, says Mamata as she leaves CBI office after ministers arrest
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has indicated that her government will challenge the arrest of her two ministers, one MLA and a former minister by the CBI in court.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was camping at the CBI office in Kolkata since Monday morning following the arrest of three TMC leaders in connection with the Narada sting case, finally left the building at around 5 PM.
While leaving the building, Mamata Banerjee said, Court will give the decision, indicating that her government will challenge the arrest of four leaders in the court.
Two senior West Bengal ministers of Mamata Banerjee's cabinet and a key leader of ruling Trinamool Congress, who were arrested earlier today in a five-year-old case relating to a sting operation on bribery, were granted bail by a special court in Kolkata.

A special CBI court in Kolkata on Monday granted bail to all four accused arrested earlier in the day in connection with the Narada sting case.
The CBI had arrested the ruling Trinamool Congress leaders and ministers Firhad Hakim and Subrata Mukherjee, TMC MLA Madan Mitra and former party leader and minister Sovon Chatterjee on Monday morning.
The four were arrested yesterday morning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a graft case.
The bail order of the special CBI court in central Kolkata s Bankshall was stayed by the High Court in a hearing held in the evening, when the lower court s relief to the four arrested politicians was challenged by the probe agency.
The four TMC leaders will now be in jail custody till the next hearing on Wednesday.
The arrested leaders were produced at Bankshall Court through a virtual hearing from the local CBI head office at Nizam Palace in south Kolkata earlier in the evening and were granted bail.
