An Ohio man accused of robbing a man at gunpoint in Breezewood last year after stealing a handgun from a gun shop in Saxton waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Xavier M. Logsdon, 20, of Elyria, Ohio, on July 11 was charged with first-degree felony counts of robbery and robbery of a motor vehicle, as well as numerous other felony and misdemeanor charges.
State police said Logsdon was arrested after he allegedly stole a firearm Saxton Outdoor Supply, fled in a stolen vehicle, robbed a man at gunpoint for another vehicle in Breezewood, and then led police on a pursuit through parts of two counties.

State police said a car driven by David E. Clippinger, 20, crashed along Black Valley Road in West Providence Township about 9:30 p.m. April 7. Police said Clippinger lost control of the vehicle along a left curve and crashed into a ditch, becoming airborne. Clippinger was flown by medical helicopter to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. The investigation is ongoing. A passenger, Dustin E. Llewellyn, 40, of Bedford suffered minor injuries.
Money was stolen.
State police said $50 was stolen from a 31-year-old Bedford man who has full-time caretakers at his residence sometime between April 12 and 13. The investigation is ongoing.

But Warden Joseph Eichenlaub said he doesnât want the facility to stop improving every day.
âThe changes we have made have been subtle and slight, but our efficiency is improving, and weâre always working towards a better tomorrow,â Eichenlaub said during a meeting with media Monday, his first day as the jailâs permanent warden.
Eichenlaub has been serving as the acting warden at the jail since Jan. 11, a few days before the county commissioners announced former Warden Troy Nelson and two deputy wardens, Rocky Bernazzoli and Jason Moore, were no longer employed by the county following an investigation and assessment of the jailâs operations.
Four suspected drug-dealers were arrested on charges relating to the possession and distribution of methamphetamine this week, according to Bedford County District Attorney Lesley Childers-Potts.
The Bedford County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the state Office of the Attorney General and the Bedford County Sheriffâs Office, on Tuesday executed several arrest warrants and search warrants in the county, according to a news release issued by Childers-Potts on Friday.
Three suspects were arrested on charges of distribution of narcotics as a result of the investigations throughout the county, including Hunter Bartholow, 32, of Everett, Angela Finnegan, 28, of Bedford, and Jon Lopez, 29, of Altoona.
