Only those Indian customers above 18 years of age, who purchase 25 litres or more but less than or equal to 2500 litres of diesel (including XTRAMILE) in a single printed bill / e-receipt from select Indian Oil’s Retails Outlets/Petrol Pumps located on State or National Highways, are eligible to participate in the campaign.

Synopsis
Justice Prathiba M Singh issued notice to the ministries of Petroleum and Social Justice and state-run oil company Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) seeking their stand on a plea for creation of reservation for disabled persons in allotment of petrol retail outlets or dealerships according to the 2016 Act.
The plea by a woman, who suffers from 75 per cent visual impairment, has contended that HPCL was still following the older repealed Persons with Disabilities Act of 1995 for allotment of dealerships.
-Section 144 will remain imposed on the state.
-All establishments, public places, activities, services shall remain suspended. However, services and activities mentioned in essential category have been exempted from the restrictions and their operations will remain unrestricted.
-Mumbai s suburban trains and city buses will continue to run, but commutes will be permitted for those in the designated essential services .
-All film shootings remain banned until April 30.
-Religious places of worship will remain shut across the state.
-Barbershops and salons to remain shut.
-Weddings will be allowed with only 25 guests and funerals with the earlier norm of 20 mourners
-Private vehicles can ply for the purpose of emergency and essential services if they meet the criteria
