On Tuesday, local Girl Scout Troop 1313 and Girl Scouts-Diamonds President and CEO Dawn Prasifka donated 683 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to teachers, school staff, and students at Park Avenue Elementary School in Stuttgart. The donation was part of a campaign by the Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas to thank communities for their support of Girl Scouts who participated in the Girl Scout Cookie Program this year.
The Metro Atlanta Girl Scouts were holding 720,000 boxes of cookies due to the pandemic.

2021 Girl Scout Cookie Sales Ending Soon Written by Girl Scouts Heart oof the Hudson
Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson has announced that the 2021 Girl Scout cookie sale season is ending on May 12th. The good news is that there’s still time to order cookies either from a local Girl Scout or from their website.
Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson provides girl programming throughout its seven-county footprint-Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan, and Ulster. People may purchase cookies directly from a Girl Scout or order on girlscoutcookies.org.
The Girl Scout Cookie Program gives girls an opportunity to develop important life skills-goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Not to mention, all the proceeds earned from the Cookie Program stay local. Troops and girls use these funds for memberships, to plan troop events and activities, and to attend council programs.
