Millie Mackintosh has spoken about how she struggled with the baby blues and revealed her 11-month-old daughter Sienna s first word. While out enjoying the mild weather in the city, Millie also let the tot try some of her lunch, with Sienna looking rather impressed with the sandwich. It comes after Millie spoke about being a first time mum, how she felt a bit ashamed of my postpartum body and Sienna s hip dysplasia, with Women s Health. Millie candidly revealed she struggled to even look in the mirror the first three months after Sienna s birth.   She said: It was honestly quite hard to see my body after a baby. And I think it is for a lot of women. It can really feel like a shock and something that s hard to love, maybe – and hard to feel good about.
