As seen during Sunday s WWE Royal Rumble 2021 pay-per-view, WWE Hall of Famer Edge won the Men’s Royal Rumble match from the #1 entrant spot.
Following the match, Edge was interviewed backstage in which he expressed what the match win meant to him.
He said if his comeback was pitched to Hollywood for a movie then it wouldn t be made because they would say it s not realistic. He feels the whole thing is a dream that he will wake up from.
He said he is just going to stop and try and enjoy the moment of being back on top.

As seen during Sunday s WWE Royal Rumble, Bianca Belair eliminated Rhea Ripley to win the Women’s Royal Rumble 2021 match. She will now get a Women’s Title match of her choosing at WrestleMania 37.
Following the match, Bianca received a standing ovation backstage and embraced with her husband, former Tag Team Champion Montez Ford.

Feb. 1 (UPI) WWE hosted the 34th annual Royal Rumble Sunday to determine who is going to the main event at WrestleMania.
The Royal Rumble featured the Men s and Women s Royal Rumble match where 30 superstars from Raw, SmackDown and NXT competed against each other. A competitor is eliminated if they are thrown over the top rope and both feet touch the floor. The last one remaining earns a world championship, main event match at WrestleMania.

Edge, who was returning for the first time since he was injured during his match with Randy Orton in June, kicked off the Men s Royal Rumble match at No. 1. The Viper was right behind him at No. 2.

Actor Dustin Diamond, best known for his role as Screech in the Saved By The Bell has passed away aged 44. Diamond was diagnosed with stage-four cancer recently and hospitalized in Florida.
Diamond was a life-long pro wrestling fan and make an appearance during an NWA:TNA PPV in Nashville, TN. He also made appearances for Memphis Championship Wrestling.
Diamond was also a cast member of CMT s reality series Hulk Hogan s Celebrity Championship Wrestling in 2008.
