Right off the bat, while I dislike the new NXT logo, I love that Poppy got the theme. NXT often makes huge swings and misses with their TakeOver song choices by relying on out-of-touch musicians but Poppy is their best bet in recent years.
Kyle O’Reilly kicked things off. He was in a good mood after TakeOver and discussed what his future potentially held in regards to winning championships. He went to call out Karrion Kross but was interrupted by Cameron Grimes. I love Grimes. He wanted them to work together as Grimes could invest in him and they could go TO THE MOON. Of course, Kyle eventually leveled Grimes and set the tone for a match tonight. Kyle’s gimmick is goofy but he’s a weird dude and it works for him. Fine enough as an opening segment.
Hey, I am getting to watch WrestleMania live tonight. No more Secret Hitler or pizza with friends. I get to watch pro wrestling in my basement like a winner!
After a night one that started weak (by me; I get it, though. You’re all all-in on Bobby Lashley) but finished incredibly strong (again, that Belair/Banks match was better than I had even hoped), night two has a lot of weird potential.
We have a regular one-on-one match between The Fiend and Randy Orton. We have the best (only good?) angle that WWE had built going into the event (between Roman Reigns, Edge, and Daniel Bryan). And there’s whatever the hell a Nigerian Drum Solo match or whatever is. Night two could end up looking more like a seismograph than a Wrestlemania with all the possible highs and lows.

-Ashland Craft played guitar mid-ring and sang “America the Beautiful.” The wrestlers gathered on the stage.
-Pyro blasted.
-More pyro blasted in the stadium. Then they showed fans cheering.
-Mike Rome introduced “Tampa’s own” Titus O’Neil and Hulk Hogan. They walked out in pirate outfits. They did some pirate talk and welcomed fans. They previewed the card with more pirate puns and terminology.
(Keller’s Analysis: There were audible cheers for Titus and contrasting boos for Hogan when they were speaking.)

Superstars are expected to deliver above and beyond what they would on a typical episode of Raw or SmackDown, or even another monthly pay-per-view offering. The lights are brighter, the stage bigger, and there is the opportunity to live forever with a single extraordinary performance.

Hello 411 guys, gals, enbies, and everyone else! Welcome to 411’s WrestleMania 37 Night Two preview! I’m Jeremy Thomas as always, and with night one in the books we have one more evening of big matches to look forward to. Night One stared off really rough between the lightning-inspired delays and a pretty brutal tag team turmoil match, but they picked it up nicely after that for a very good show all in all. But it’s time for night two, and based on the matches we have there’s a lot to look forward to. Let’s get right into it, because there’s plenty to discuss!
