(The Lebanon driver) was transported to Lancaster General, where he was pronounced deceased, officials state in their report.
The Myerstown driver was also transported to Lancaster General Hospital for minor injuries. State police did not release the names of those involved.
The Lebanon resident was also driving with a 7-year-old boy, 10-year-old girl and 11-year old girl. State police report the boy and the 10-year-old girl were taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center with minor injuries. Officials added the 11-year-old girl also sustained minor injuries, but was not take to a hospital.
