The move announced March 15 by the Democrat will expand more business and event capacity limits and lift coronavirus restrictions on bar service starting on Easter Sunday.
Bars and restaurants in the Commonwealth will be able to raise indoor capacity limits to a maximum of 75 percent from the current 50 percent, but still must follow the state’s mask-wearing and social-distancing requirements.

Also changing will be the service cut off time for bars. Taverns and other establishments were not allowed to serve alcohol after 11 p.m. That is being lifted along with the ban on patrons being seated at a bar and having to order food to go along with their cocktails, wine and beer.
