On Friday, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture shared the schedule for the virtual 2021 Pennsylvania Farm Show.
Traditionally held in Harrisburg at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, the department announced a move to a virtual show as Pennsylvania continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.

The duck slide is back, in the Weis Expo Hall, at the 101st Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, Thursday, January 5, 2017. The display, and poultry exhibitors, are back this year after being absent from last year s farm show to prevent the spread of avian influenza.

It won’t be like Farm Shows of the past, but the 2021 virtual Farm Show is still chock full of fun events even if they’re online.
The Department of Agriculture has officially dropped its full schedule of events for the 2021 Pennsylvania Farm Show. The events can be found on the Pennsylvania Farm Show Facebook Page and on Pennsylvania Cable Network, with virtual exhibits available at farmshow.pa.gov. The main event runs Jan. 11 through Jan. 15, with special events on Jan. 9-10 and 16.

The eight winners will make their video debuts at the 2021 Pennsylvania Farm Show a virtual event this year, due to COVID-19 beginning Jan. 9 on the Pennsylvania Farm Show Facebook page and the Pennsylvania Cable Network, the department said.
“In past years, early in the morning at the Farm Show Complex, before large crowds arrive, the national anthem was broadcast throughout the building by talented Pennsylvania singers, Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding said in a press release. Exhibitors and vendors preparing for the day would pause in unity to listen.

The beautiful voices of eight Pennsylvanians will be heard soon, singing the National Anthem during the 2021 virtual Pennsylvania Farm Show.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced on Wednesday the eight winners of the annual “Oh Say, Can You Sing?” contest.
The video submissions for these eight winners will debut at 7 a.m. daily from January 9 to 14 on the Pennsylvania Farm Show Facebook page and the Pennsylvania Cable Network.

Pennsylvania Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski of Luzerne County,
