The Pembroke Pines Police Department tweeted the video on Monday, hoping that someone will recognize and identify the culprit. “The suspect is described as a thin white male with dark-colored hair, approx 5’7″, wearing a gray army cap, white polo shirt & light gray pants,” police said in the Twitter post. The man was also wearing a face mask. In the video, a woman wearing a blue dress is shopping in one of the store isles. A man slowly approaches behind her, leans down, and snaps a quick photo under her dress with his mobile phone.
