Dane Fife to join Woodson s staff at IU - The Crimson Quarry

Dane Fife to join Woodson’s staff at IU Share this story It’s been a good few days for Mike Woodson. After starting his weekend with a recommitment from his program’s best returning player, the new Indiana coach poached an assistant from a conference rival. And really, it’s not just any ol’ assistant coach. It’s Dane Fife, the former Hoosier guard and longtime Michigan State assistant, who was officially announced as Woodson’s second hire on Monday afternoon. Fife’s appointment comes less than a week after Kenya Hunter, a holdover from Archie Miller’s last staff at IU, decided to stick with Woodson.

Ohio State has Upped the Standards for What We Expect For Ourselves

Thu Apr 1 2021 | Ella Brockway | College PHOTO BY JOHN STROHSACKER Jillian Rizzo leads all current Division I goalies with 758 career saves. When Amy Bokker arrived at Ohio State in June 2019, her goal was clear: Get the Buckeyes in the mix. Prove they could compete in the Big Ten. This season has been an opportunity for Ohio State to do just that with its schedule of conference-only games. The Buckeyes took another step last weekend, taking down then-No. 10 Penn State not once, but twice  a 15-12 win on March 26, then an 11-9 comeback victory on March 28. The two wins over the Nittany Lions broke a stretch of six straight losses. Ohio State made program history with its Feb. 21 win over Michigan, its first over its rival since 2016, but hadn’t added to its win column since.
