Adedigba Theresa popularly called Olori (Queen), a graduate of Banking and Finance from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, is an entrepreneur who deals in perfumes/fragrance to help find desired smell for people with her brand, Asaraloge.
According to Adedigba, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Olori Asaraloge, her business is a fully registered platform with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
”I decided to go into entrepreneurship because I have always wanted to be able to make my own money while also putting smiles on people’s faces. Although, I believe that it is sensible to learn under someone that can play a role of a mentor before venturing into one’s business,” she said.
Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit asking the Federal High Court, Abuja to âstop President Muhammadu Buhari from implementing draconian and unlawful provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 which allow the Federal Government to arbitrarily merge a new association with an already registered association; to suspend and remove trustees of any association; and to take over funds belonging to any association, and transfer such funds to another association on the pretext that the account is dormantâ.
Joined in the suit as Defendants are the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Abubakar Malami, SAN, and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

The Nigeria Labour Congress on Wednesday grounded the operations of the Corporate Affairs Commission as hundreds of workers staged a protest at the CAC headquarters in Abuja.
Members of the organised labour union said the protest was to kick against the anti-workers’ policies of the management of CAC.
They alleged that the Registrar-General of the commission, Garba Abubakar, had resolved to punish some employees of the agency for not supporting in his anti-workers’ policies.
Speaking on behalf of the workers during the protest in Abuja, the President, NLC, Ayuba Wabba, claimed that the management of CAC used about N396m to build a car park and carry out functions without proper accountability.
