WASHINGTON Soon after the presidential inauguration on Wednesday, U.S. Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy will step into a Senate majority for the first time since 2015. And it will mark the first time Democrats have held the White House and both chambers of Congress in a decade.
