(Photo: Facebook) Education Secretary Betsy DeVos from western Michigan submitted her resignation to President Trump on Thursday night, saying his administration’s accomplishments had been overshadowed by the Capitol riots, the Wall Street Journal reports. After four years of ignoring Trump s abrasive behavior, did DeVos finally have a moment of conscience or did she take the coward s way out? By stepping down with less than two weeks to go, the cabinet member no longer had to deal with the prospect of voting on the 25th Amendment to remove Trump.    In her resignation, she wrote of the riot: “That behavior was unconscionable for our country. There is no mistaking the impact your rhetoric had on the situation, and it is the inflection point for me.”
