Man Barricades Himself Inside Johnson City Apartment House
The man barricaded himself inside a three-family apartment house at 74 Endicott Avenue.
The incident apparently started around 2 p.m. Tuesday as a domestic dispute involving the man s girlfriend.

Neighbors said they believed the man had recently been released from prison. He was said to have been seen holding a knife, indicating he wanted to harm himself.
Johnson City police closed Endicott Avenue between Willow Street to east of Johnson Street.
The Metro SWAT team with members from several Broome County law enforcement agencies responded to the scene.
There was an older gentleman sitting on the front steps (outside the security gate) of the Blaine House next to the sidewalk with a sign that read 'F U Janet Mills'.
