A woman has been charged with the murder of a baby boy in north Belfast.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said Liam O’Keefe died in a stabbing incident on Tuesday July 27at Brompton Park in Ardoyne. His sister, who was injured in the same incident, remains in hospital.
In the early hours of this morning police said a 29-year-old woman had been charged with baby Liam’s murder, and with the attempted murder of another young child.

A 29-YEAR-OLD woman has been charged with the murder of baby Liam O Keefe in Belfast.
The woman has also been charged with the attempted murder of a young child.

The body of eight-week-old Liam O Keefe was found at a house in the Brompton Park area of Ardoyne on Tuesday night.
Police rushed to the scene and a two-year-old girl was taken from the scene to hospital in a critical condition. The toddler was said to be stable on Thursday.
The charged woman will appear before a Belfast court today.

A WOMAN HAS been charged with the murder of a baby boy in north Belfast on Tuesday.
Police were called to a house in Brompton Park in Ardoyne shortly after 8pm, where they discovered an injured baby and another injured child.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
