Developers are breaking ground this month on a $250 million mixed-use project in McKinney.
The District 121 development is on one of the last vacant portions of the 2-decade-old Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre community that started out as primarily a residential development and has about 4,500 single-family homes.
Development has now shifted to the area of Craig Ranch along the north side of State Highway 121, where multiple commercial buildings are in the works.

Endeavor Sets IPO Date for Thursday to Raise $511 Million
Ari Emanuel-led company will debut on the NYSE and seeks a $10 billion valuation

Endeavor is ready to go public, for real this time. Ari Emanuel’s company will launch its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The listing for the company, whose assets include the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the marketing firm IMG as well as the Hollywood talent agency WME, is posted on the NYSE website here.
This is Endeavor’s second go-round at an IPO following a botched attempt in the fall of 2019.

New details have come to light in the separation of country singer Jana Kramer and football player Mike Caussin. According to Us Weekly, two days after the couple filed for divorce, a temporary restraining order was issued through the Tennessee court system, and it spells out some guidelines that pertain to their children as well.
The order reportedly prohibits both Kramer and Caussin from harassing, threatening, assaulting or abusing their spouse, talking about their spouse in a “disparaging” way to or in front of their children and/or employers, or moving their children out of Tennessee or “more than 50 miles away from the marital home” without permission of the court. It turns out, this sort of order is standard practice in the the Volunteer State.
