BAKERSFIELD, CA - Oilers 2020 first-round draft pick Dylan Holloway will finish the season with the Bakersfield Condors after signing an amateur tryout contract (ATO) on Monday.
The forward from Bragg Creek, Alberta signed a three-year entry-level contract (ELC) with Edmonton on April 16 after completing his sophomore season with the University of Wisconsin Badgers, scoring 11 goals and 24 assists in 23 games. Holloway s ELC will start in the 2021-22 campaign.
The 19-year-old, selected 14th overall by Edmonton last October, ranked fifth in NCAA scoring and fourth in points per game among players who made 10 or more appearances.

Both teams were out on the ice during the warm-ups when Condors Head Coach Jay Woodcroft called his team to the bench area and motioned for them to head to the locker room.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) â The American Hockey League released its schedule for the Pacific Division playoffs, as the Bakersfield Condors fight for the top spot with the Henderson Silver Knights with five games to go.
The Condors and Knights will face-off in Vegas next week to potentially decide the regular-season champion and top seed, going into the Covid-altered post-season tournament.
Seven teams will participate in the tournament to determine the division championship. The fourth- through seventh-place clubs in the regular-season standings will play a single-elimination play-in, held at FivePoint Arena in Irvine, to determine who will join the top three teams in the best-of-three semifinals.

The Colorado Eagles will wrap up their two-game series against the Bakersfield Condors on Friday. It is the final game of the four-game, regular-season series between the two teams and the second of the three-game road trip for Colorado.
Eagles forward Sheldon Dries would net the game’s first goal, but back-to-back tallies for Bakersfield would allow the Condors to rally for a 2-1 victory over Colorado on Wednesday. The Eagles were held to a season-low 20 shots in the contest, as Colorado has now dropped each of its last four games. Adam Werner was solid in net for the Eagles, making 25 saves on 27 shots in the loss.
