ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar on Thursday set up high-level committee to liaise with political parties regarding the establishment of a parliamentary committee for electoral reform, Dunya News reported.
The Prime Minister had written a letter to the Speaker to set up a parliamentary committee for electoral reforms. Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has formed a committee to hold talks with the opposition parties.
The five-member committee will hold talks with opposition parties regarding electoral reforms. The committee includes Pervez Khattak, Fawad Chaudhry, Asad Umar, Babar Awan and Malik Amir Dogar.
