Irish Music Festival coming to Wilmington soon: Dancers, crafts, and special performance Cheryl M. The Wilmington St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee announced the Cape Fear Hooley Under the Bridge (the fourth annual Irish Music Festival) will be held from 3-9 p.m. on Saturday, June 12 at Waterline Brewing Co. in downtown Wilmington.  The festival will feature family fun like live music, Irish dancers, artisan crafts, and a special performance by the Wilmington Police Pipes and Drums. The Hooley events will occur primarily outside at Waterline and will be organized in compliance with North Carolina state guidelines.
