14:00 | Cusco (Cusco region), Dec. 24. The Archdiocese of Cusco on Thursday announced that the Basilica Cathedral in the Imperial City will celebrate virtual and limited capacity in-person masses for Christmas and New Year.
The celebrations begin today with two masses scheduled at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., which will be held virtually and in-person with limited capacity. They will be celebrated by Cusco s Archbishop Monsignor Richard Alarcon.
On December 25, Christmas masses will be held at 6 a.m., 8 a.m., and 10 a.m. They will be officiated by Cusco s Archbishop, accompanied by Monsignor Israel Condorhuaman, the administrator of the Cathedral.
