ASHLAND A federal grand jury last week indicted a Grayson man on a hat trick of charges: guns, drugs and explosives.
Larry Scott Eldridge, 38, was indicted last week on six meth distribution charges, four charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and two charges of being a felon in possession of explosive materials. Eldridge is being held at the Boyd County Detention Center.
Eldridge was charged on gun and drug charges in late 2019 in state court.
Eldridgeâs indictment shows he sold meth six times over the course of July and August 2019. During that same period he was known to have guns twice, until Aug. 26, 2019, when the indictment lists a collection of 10 rifles, shotguns and revolvers. Another charge shows Eldridge received two guns.

Derrick Bryant, 37, died on Friday while in custody at the Boyd County Detention Center.
Bryant has previously been listed as being from Flatwoods, but Hensley said he has moved around some in the area, and much of his family resides in Huntington.
The cause of Bryantâs death is self-strangulation, according to Hensley. Bryant was not alone in his cell when he took his own life at around 6 p.m. on Friday, but his cell mate was taking a nap and was unaware of what was happening.
Bryant was not on suicide watch, Hensley said.
âWhen an inmate comes in, we ask them questions and ask if theyâre suicidal, and ask them a lot of different questions,ââHensley said. âThen they go to medical and theyâre asked again if theyâre suicidal.â
