Fairleigh Dickinson University is the latest in a string of schools to require all students to be fully vaccinated before the fall semester begins.
A letter from university President Christopher Capuano on Thursday explained that vaccines are the “key” to returning to an experience similar to the pre-pandemic one.
Both the Metropolitan campus in Teaneck and the Florham campus will require students to be fully vaccinated, meaning that two weeks have elapsed after the final injection of a vaccine. This is applicable to all students who will be on campus to live, attend classes or engage in any in-person activities, Capuano said.
