Kean University warns: Unvaccinated students will be kicked out
Kean University is warning students if they do not provide proof of vaccination, they will be kicked out.
The deadline to provide proof of vaccination status is Aug. 1. Officially, the university calls it being deregistered from class.
“If you don t submit the form by August 1, you will be deregistered from all courses you are currently registered to take in the Fall regardless of your payment status beginning August 11,” the Kean website says.
It is unclear if the university will be offering refunds for those who refuse to get vaccinated, but the school says the students seat will be released and open to other students.

The Fairleigh Dickinson University poll finds that 65% of parents had their children in some kind of daycare while 45% relied on a relative.
Of the parents without childcare arrangements, about 54% were stay-at-home parents while 25% were worried about cost and another 23% were worried about COVID health risks.
Rich Higginson, the director of consumer research at the FDU Poll, said the pandemic also has an impact on mental health, with 63% of parents saying that their child being out of care has caused additional stress in their life.
